u may need a pic programmer? or u could program ur self with a little kit called pic kit 2

That was redundent

you need a small pic, a pic programmer, pic programming skills, soldering iron, solder, wire, flux and leds...oh and a psp(dur)

How do I program a PIC and you you please give me a link to where I can actully buy this?? also how do you know which pins to solder your wires to?
