ok heres the story the summer that just past my house got struck by lightning and my wii got fried when the inshurance compeny got us a new wii we tried the new power cord with the old wii and it worked but the sensor bar plug in (were you plug the sensor bar into) is fried so dose any body know were to get a wii fixed near guelph,ontario,canada. your help is realy apreshated :beg: :hifive:

You could make a wireless sensor bar if you can solder.

Yeah it's real easy, the wiimote only looks for the light from the sensor bar to relay where it is to the console.

The sensor bar doesn't use anything more than power from the console, you can easily make one with batteries or something.

dont know if i explained it right but the red female for the sensor bar dosnt send out power

you can follow this guide to make your own wireless sensor bar.  it's not very hard and it's cost less then $2 in parts from radioshack.
