Title: Wanted: Good Quality COD Footage!!

I am really dying to get some use out of my Video editing programs and I want to do a montage, I'll edit FOR FREE!! I need some good quality footage though... please anyone respond!

I can get some footage, a sniper montage over the next 2 or so days. But I don't have a capture card on by xbox so it won't be very high quality with a sony handycam.

OK here is my advice to you. Talk to BUD or SKULMASTER, as they both have capture cards and COD 4 and 5. I would help you out but don't have a capture card. and yes they can be internal or external...

Hmm, can you even view the footage, and play effectively with a capture card? Because I have a capture card, and there is about a 2 second lag, on my PS2 (old stuff ftw?) from when I press the button to something happening on the screen... Is it just because I have a crappy card?

wow thats cool hmm so are these cards that you attack to the console or the tv cuz i dnt how this whoe thing works

Well I dont know anyone who has an HDTV and I don't have one so idk but when I look capture cards up it shows them as ether expansions for your PC or USB devices... do HDTV's have USB ports?

I don't think capture cards exist for a TV... You can get like "DVD recorders" that can record any input such as your ps3 though.

Well I record on my TV using a camcorder, I have that camcorder cable that takes the 3 signals (yellow video, red R audio, white L audio) into a 3.55 jack. then I plug the 3 color cables into the TV out and the other end into my camcorder, set it to tape setting and not memory card then push record and thats it!

Blaze, you need some sort of capture card. There was a thread about it sometime ago in the pc section. Check it out.

oh used a regular camera and nice footage ur pretty good.
