Is there somoene who knowns a shop in belgium where they sell psp cases and other psp parts?

No, there aren't many actual shops that sell these things. Best places are online. Places include:

go onto psp-media.nl
and then go to the Vraag & Aanbod section
There are some people who are willing to import you some cases for just 5 euro more then the price of the product in the store.
