Okay, I was buying 2 360s online, one paid just fine, but the other one, it took the money out of my bank, and it still says I need to pay, and to make it worse, its not in my history on paypal and the ebay help page for it... it just gives you a 404 (Because im guessing they dont really give a crap about people)
I tried taking it up with my bank but they said its paypal... and they cant do anything
Its been like a week now... still trying to get this sorted
Help please...

get the account statement, make sure it shows that paypal took it out (it should, unless your bank is :censored:.) and prove it to them. if that doesnt work, get a lawyer

I feel bad for you dude something similar happened to me too... not trying to be negative but I never got my money back :( It was only $18 but still.

Phenom can't afford to get a lawyer...that's the problem.
Damn, man, that's garbage. Do what they said and get a bank statement and provide it in a paypal dispute or something. There should be no problems afterwards. Have you physically called up Paypal and talked to them about it?

ya i bough a 360 off ebay when they first came out for 400$ and they took my money and i worked my ass off toget my money back and only ended up getting 150$ back which was better than nothing, but it was still bs cuz paypal is supposed to insure you up to like 500$ or maybe 5000$ i dnt remember either way i wsa under the limit and they didnt pay back, but hell what can you do. im not going to waist all the money gettin a lawyer it would cost more to do that then to just take my losses
