Title: psp no sound from speakers

so i recently put 2 speakers in my psp to replace the umd to make it a little louder. so both speakers worked perfectly at first but the suddenly no sound at all not even from the regular speakers but i can use the headphone jack
what could be causing this problem i heard from somwhere before that it could be a blow fuse but i dont know where it is so help from any1 would be nice and thanx is advance

had a similar problem with a psp that i bought.  no sound from speakers but headphone jack worked.

seems like you blew out your fuse.  I would double check the specs on those speakers before trying again in case there's another short after bridging the fuse.  it might cause more damage to the mobo.

If that doesn't work it could be blown speakers, In that case you have 4 options:

it was the fuse thanx for the help and
i was wondering if theres a way to do i mod like i did but not have them soldered directly to the speaker part like some where more power can be supplied to the speakers cause right now its not much louder then with out the new speakers
