I searched many sites to buy jewels but they dont sell any more or the links are broken...

Exactly as justin said, contact the user "Dazzer" for info on the jewel shop.

Just sign up, and look at the threads in the "jewel shop" section. Then contact Dazzerr when you're ready to order. He'll hook you up with Kenshinffx, who will supply you with a pre-made design/your own custom one.
