I have lost alot of weight and bulked up alot I will use this thread to help motivate others and give advise and tips...

here you can use this widget to track my runs..





The widget is connected to a sensor in my shoes and a special watch I have on it sends data to my Ipod which gets uploaded to my profile on Nike.Com. The watch is really cool it allows you to controle your music and it has a female voice who tells you how far you have gone. and if you need further motavation you can press a button the launches your power song. your power song is the song you choose that has alot of energy...

nice, should be helpful ... Though instead of supplements , could you suggest the exercises you did ? I'm working on losing weight without using supplements and have lost a considerable amount in 2 weeks or so...

Suplaments are not needed for weight loss im using supplaments for weight training.. If you are just looking to slim down do 1 hour a cardio 5 days a week and split your meals into 5 smaller meals. What I do is eat lowfat yogart for breakfast at 5am then I eat half of my lunch at 8am then the rest of my lunch at 12 noon. later at 4pm I eat half my dinner then at 7pm I eat the rest. The thought behind that is your body burns calories when digesting food so if you split up your meals you will burn more fat.

I have seen that in the apple store... My lazy butt wouldn't make use of that, however I'm trying.. Teach me how to be active and stick to a plan and I'm there. :wacko:

:D I live in an uber small town, and my school has tennis courts + a nice gym, so over the summer me and my friend are going to do the the gym for an hour and then playing tennis for the next hour... It should be fun.

im the same i will start something and stick it out for a few days maybe a week or 2 but then i will lose intrest or get distracked lol
