Title: I am shocked! Could this be right??

Guys I just did my first test on my computer build testing out my internal speakers and the hardware itself. I used a couple different programs to measure my CPU temps and they both are at like 14 and 15 celcius....
I used Speed fan, Hmonitor, and Core temp

Using:
AMD Athlon 7750 Black Edition
Arctic silver 5
This Cooler (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185125)

umn, did you lap it? i really find those temps hard to believe.

No I didn't lap it. The only thing I've done is install winrar, those programs and tested it out.

So is it really running at 15 celcius or am I looking at the wrong thing?

I'm a noob. I was wrong.
It's at like 40 degrees

How do you know it's at 40C? Some AMD CPUs have stuck temp sensors so the temperature is incorrect.
