hey,

      ive got a 2g iphone with cracked glass... does anyone know how to replace the glass?

ive google around and people are saying i will need to replace the digitalizer with the glass... but i found this video on youtube - How to replace a iPhone 2G/3G glass for 11.40 USD. The Movie part 1/2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sT7wRXeYsyg#ws-lq-lq2-hq) but im not sure if that will work... :S

Yeah... Ill post a link 2 a vid as soon as my comp's virus scan is complete (damn thing won't let me download .net 2.0 so i cant jailbreak my iphone :((( )

You need to replace both the digitizer and the glass, yeah. There's lots of places you can get them cheap.
Or try Welovemacs.
