Title: Where to find modding tools/parts?

Where can I get some inexpensive LEDs, wires, etc. at a store? I also need a soldering iron. Please tell me what you bought, where you bought it, and what it was priced. :)

LED's need to be ordered unique led's are cheap and fast...

as for an iron and tools radio shack has most of what you need

Another great place for small odd electronics parts is Sparkfun.com and Mouser.com

All sorts of stuff for relatively cheap.

eBay is okay for most things, but I've found that the LEDs there are really cheap quality. But if you need some inexpensive leds, then eBay is the way to go.
