Title: Swapping LEDs on The RF Board...
Post by: Ben. on June 11, 2009, 07:59:40 AM
Hi.. Just wandering if my theory is correct...

I was planning on replacing my leds on my rf board, but instead of replacing both the green and red, i was just going to do blue...

I would solder the led in the position that the green one would be in, so positive to the middle negative pad.. but then, heres my theory...

If i soldered a bit of wire to the middle pad and put the other end of the wire on the pad that would be the negative for the red led.. Would this cause it to flash when there is an error message..?

The top left one..

The pink represents the wire, the blue is the LED, and the green is the arrow on the bottom of the LED (Its pointing North)

the ground is common, conect both positives to the positive of the led...if your xbox has a problem down the line this will give you the BROD
