Title: need some ones help making a code for 12f683

hello guys i need some one who can write this program i got an awsome idea.

PIC 12F683
-----------
-2 modes
-4th Player LED indicator (mode)
- forth LED blinks 1
-1st mode - Cod4 fastest
forth LED blinks 2
-2nd mode - cod5 fastest
-Sleeper (use the sync button to change modes)
-Remember the mode after power off/on
-Right trigger only
I would also like it if you could tell me what ports on the PIC did what, where to wire them, and what resistors I need and where to put them.
