What's the point of this? It's not a new mod by the way...

Why would you want 2 of the same button..?

you can just add a momentary contact switch to conect the circut between the top and the bottom of the b pad via, just scrape a little back. this sometimes affects the way the origional button feels when pressed. you can change the controller layout and do the same by adding the same button to the tact switch mounted under the left stick, which will not affect the way anything feels/works.

the porpous of this lay down tactic, is to avoid fire and confuse the enemy, thus giving you an upper hand. soldiers are trained to "hit the deck" when close fire is heard.

depending on what contoller type that will be fine. matrix is high, and cg is low..or is that vice versa? either way, they are oposite.

well from what i remeber there is a ground point right above the right trigger. and if i put a point at the center pin and that ground point it would make the right trigger go off once. so im going to try it like that

No I mean what's the point of adding another button when you already have it..

kicks, your condesinding tone and discouraging remarks do not help anyone. I would assume his main reason would be so he dont have to move his thumb off the stick, and can still have the knife on the stick. but that is not for us to judge.

with such low voltages you really dont need a fuse and honestly just wire the button to each side of the button contact it makes life easier. It how I do all of my custom controllers
