Title: Homebrew Channel Help

I'm trying to run backups on my Wii and I read that you had to downgrade it to 3.2 for it to work. So I was in the middle of the process and now the Homebrew channel doesn't work. I had just run Shop IOS51 and it had finished and ask me to restart. When I pressed a button to restart it, it frozen on me. I manually restarted the Wii and all the other channels work except HBC.

I"m on 4.0 and I can run backups fine. Bahhh. Reinstall HBC...

I just did, it works fine. What is the latest Backup launcher that I can use without downgrading?
