Post by: injungleist on June 21, 2009, 08:51:27 AM

Won't work.

For direct contact you need an external switch.

If you just connect an LED to the speaker pad and then the wifi switch it will just be solid on.

I've tried, so I know.

You love my 1337 mspaint sk1llz.

In essence wire it like that. It doesn't matter what wire the switch is on, as long as it breaks the connection.

And I just made that and forgot it's a phat. There's nothing really different. all you do is either wire it to the speaker itself or the mobo.

work, thats how i roll. send her to work. i would rather deal with the kids all day than her all day. its a choice screaming/crying or  :censored:ing.
she makes more money than i was making working in a factory, so i quit to deal with kids. being at work is like babysitting anyways.

No, that's what he was saying all along.

For direct contact you need both the positive and negative wires on the speaker.

from what i got the hold and wifi CAN be used if you are doing solid on led's. but a separate switch can be used for the SR mod. as long as the switch breaks connection in one of the lines. :#1:

So LM386 would work with the wifi to turn em off and one?
does anyone have a tutorail on how to wire it on a phat?

Follow Nic0's tut, but just use the power points and sound points on the phat.
