Title: 5.50 custom firmware?

Hey guys, I need some help.

I have a psp 1000 that I want to get custom firmware on. It's on 5.50 right now. I'm just wondering if there is any way to get custom firmware onto it without a pandora battery.

nope , you'll have to pandorize it ... Ie downgrade it and then upgrade it to 5.50genA ...

Thanks guys.

I figured that since someone figured it out on 5.03 with ChickHen, there may also be a way on 5.50. Guess not.
