Title: Fifa Macros?

I'm new to this site and to programming but I'm curious if a chip could be programmed so that for FIFA rather than doing tricks with the Right Thumbstick I could just press a button instead. For example one trick consists of pushing the Right Thumbstick Up and Then Down quickly. Can I have a button do this instead?
