It is the file Path for the playstation 3's Flash plugin.
Yep sony somehow alows the internet browser acces the Flash1
If your on a PS3 go to http://www.ipnow.org/ (http://www.ipnow.org/)
It will Id your browser as PS3 but scroll down and click on Detected Plugins and it will get the filepath for the flash player thats all for now...
