Title: Power issue

I am talking to a customer who has a PSP that he says powers off after you unplug the charger, I asked him if he's tried another battery. Could a new powerboard fix this?

no, because the battery connects to the motherboard. It might be a mobo problem.

could be the battery pins on the mobo,give em a scrub with some rubbing alcohol and see if it works.Also make sure the pins aren't bent.
