Ok the mod im aiming for is Push the Triggers and leds will light.
I herd someone saying you can do it just soldering to the zif connectors or something like that.
I took pics for right side and left side.
Could some1 please edit this in paint and highlight the points that should be soldered.
Thank you.

Thank you. Thats exactly what i thought.
So on right side what would i solder after that.
Like zif-led-then to the powerboard + point?
-
I dnt think it goes to powerboard just ground because i believe the LT and RT give off the power. I could be wrong i would wait for someone that knows more then i do its been while since i tried this.

Hmmmm does this look good?

Yea that looks right. Just try it out solder one wire to the either RT or LT and test it when you push it. Now to give you a head up the LT when i tried soldering it was very difficult to do. So ill give a suggestion before do anything do not solder on the contact that touching the board solder on top the clamp where the black plastic. Simply scrap the top where that contact is and solder on the top its much easier and safer. Because when i did it i ruin that part of the mobo on the contact cut it was to hard to get down in there.
-
thank you. ok so solder on the pin that is connected to the black clamp. alright thank you. It should be complete Tuesday. Im going to start it Monday.
Thanks for your help.
-
OK good luck.
-
Would it be anything different if i did the same thing but to all buttons(not including home bar) besides the different zif or w/e.
-
Yea there are points for it.

Thanks.
For where the red line touches the power board.
I would have to scratch off the green right?
And what is the way people deal with the black rubber when doing this mod?
-
ya you would have to scratch it of. Use flux, so when you solder it would keep a strong bond. just movie the wires around so it doesn't interfere with the rubber part thats pushing down. when you solder the wires just move the wires out the way then assuming your using the clear buttons that usually comes with the clear housings use a drill to shave down the plastic inside the button put the leds in there and use some hot glue to keep it in place(just a little so it doesn't overflow). just test it out to find the best way to arrange the wires.
-
How much wire do you think ill need so i can fit it in the faceplate when im putting it back together. Thats the only hard part i see lol
-
you shouldn't need a lot just enough so you can fit the buttons in the face plate.
-
Organizing is the main part of it.
-
ya what kaos said keep it organized and it should work out well.
-
The basics of this are:
Hook the positive of your led to your power source, negative led to the positive pin of the trigger (sounds weird but bear with me!),that means when the button is pressed the positive pin of the trigger is grounded, thus completing the circuit of the led!
KACHING!
Where'd my shrine go I thought you guys were building it xD
