im playing the orange box and it seems like everytime i look over my pc is off lol wtf
ima gonna have to watch it for a while
and earlier it didnt make the normal high beep twice then low beep once for my boot up
it was i think one low beep then a pause and 2 high beeps and one low beep and the lights in the pc shut off
-
get the manual from the motherboard and look up the beeps ;)
Normally 1 beep= OK
3 Long beeps= Problem with RAM
Low beep, High beep, Low beep, High Beep etc.. like a siren= Problem with CPU
Long beep, 3 short beeps= Problem with GPU
-
correction it is 1low beep pause then 1 low beep and 2 high beeps and a low beep
it generally does only 1 low then 2 high in a row

hmm that's weird
Are you 100% sure it works perfectly fine? because more then 1 beep is normally wrong :P
Oh and hi back budgray (A) long time no see :P i've been inactive for a long time
-
if it turns off by itself, without warning, its usually the cpu overheating
-
dd it was fine
but why would the cpu over heat my coolers there and on
im watching the temps now just in case
yea dd my pc always did the single low beep then 2 high beeps
now its to low beep pause then another low beeps and then 3 high beeps and one low beep in a row
...
./. .
kinda liek that
-
Maybe it's an old navy sailor trying to talk to you
-

ill update if anything goes wrong
-
hmm ok nice to know that everything is fine now :P
-
but why would the cpu over heat my coolers there and on
When i was doing a ram upgrade, just sticking another gig of ram it, when powering it back on it did the same thing, i replaced it to how it was, still doing it, and after about an hour I realised the stock intel cooler falls out easily, it was just hanging on, so it looked like it was on properly but it wasnt even touching it
-
im runnin with this cooler
