-(opptional) play station thump stick/ mushroom top thumpsticks
-hot glue gun with sticks
-dremel
.cuting disk
.drill tip / sized just alittle bit smaller than thump stick hole
.tool
.sanding tip
-pin niddle
-exacto knife
-sand paper

P.S. i do not recomend the batterie dremal it sucks,but it was $20 and the wired one was $45 so w.e. but its all i got for now

ok now first off we gota cut the top off one of the tops off the thump stick
it should look something like this

this is the bottom part/ the on that goes on the anologe
now sand the top to make it flat and around the stick

the when its all smoth around drill a small hole directly in the middle, just enough so when the glue dries it makes and internal stick for stablity.

ok now that thats done time for the seconend thump stick. i used an old ps2 mushroom pop top, but a 360 will work too.

ok this one is all ready set to go but ill go over the steps
cut the round bottom off but leave the rectangulare circle with the hole
now sand around it to make it smooth

and now thats done, now heat up the hot glue gun
now put in enough hot glue in each hole to where it barly over flows

and then put them together, in this short time move the top thump stick so that its even with the bottom part.

Now let it dry all the way, then put hot glue all around the gap and let it ozzz it is going to be removed later

ok now useing a hobbie knife or exacto knife cut off most of it but dont cut in it

now useing sand paper, i do not recomend the dermal cuse the heat mealts the gule/ friction. just use a strip of sand paper and keep sanding till its good. ok now last step take a neddle and cut it like 3/4 inch long with pintiy tip and then insert it at the bottom all the way in

ok and now just put it in and your done extra senesitvity for sniping or any thing else

you can buy PS replacement sticks the fit the 360 controller from llamma.com

or you can just put them straight in there. They both have the same shape hole. Unless this one of those performance mods were it raises the stick you have an easier time aiming.

Check out Kontrol Freek (http://www.kontrolfreek.com/) for an off the shelf solution. However Hacking thumbsticks together = win in my book anyday, over buying something.

yea it rasise the thump stick with out snaping an aftermarket one on.

i saw it and it looked funnie so i decied to conbine the to so its a solid stick. all i need to do is paint it one soild color.
