Title: need some help with ubuntu

i need to add more memory to unbutu
i somehow managed to give it a ridiculous small amount of memory to use from my 500 gigs of love
i cant even update

could someone tell me how to add / dedicate more memory

Gpart should be able to do it. Or you can reinstall it from the live cd and do it from there.

yea i honestly dont know wtf im doing
so how would i go about repartition
delete teh old one and redo lol

No such thing as gpart.
It's GPartEd.
Gnome Partition Editor.
