iight i got a xbox i am modding it is all blue

i want to put aroura blue lights,whispermax fans blue, rol blue
the thing is i want to make the ring of light blue fade with the aroura lights.
i wanna use this to use it fade

how do you hard wire it so it can glow with the rol?
