As big as possible please. Barn would be a great inclusion.

There will be jobs available of the farm.

The tranny had locked up, but it's in great condition otherwise, was actually just fixed and completely working. I could put in a good word if you're interested. After the problem he actually wants to move away from John Deere equipment.
