Title: Custom Chip mod

Hello i want a chip programming... When holding RT, the RS (right analogue stick)
will "click/be pressed" twice, repeatedly untill i let go of RT. And i want it to be turned
on/off by the sync button if it cant be done by sync i dont mind an external button.

the Right stick when pressed, pulls up the sniper scope, you press it again to put it down...

ahh, i was just wondering i have no clue about chips etc. XD.
