I was being an idiot tryed jumping from one roof to another I've done it a few times, I then hit my leg on the gutter fell on the edge of my patio and broke my leg.

I was free running for like 5 months total before that. I'm not buff I'm considered small but I considered myself to be a great free runner. I'm going to be getting back into it soon.

ha i mean yu dont need to be buff lol but i guess yu gotta stay in shape:) im pretty new to free running but i guess ive done it all my life when i was a little kid id climb on top of trees jump offf climb on buildings jump off lol
