Title: Does my programmer support the chips?

I purchased a http://www.progshop.com/shop/programmer/BX40/index.html (http://www.progshop.com/shop/programmer/BX40/index.html) a while ago, for some eproms that i needed to copy.. Now im wondering if i can use the same programmer to program my own rapid fire controller chips? instead of using the ancient 555timer. what chips/ic's does people use to do the rapidfire controller mods? theres alot of adapters that fit into my programmer which is located here http://www.progshop.com/shop/adapter/index.html (http://www.progshop.com/shop/adapter/index.html) if be greatfull if someone could tell me which adapter i would need to program these smaller ic/chips
