how do u add a mini usb to a phat ds to charge it insted of using the a power slot

I think it'd be easier to convert a regular charger into a USB charger.

its not jusst as easy as cutting the plug and wiring it up, well it could be I dont know anything about the ds. what amp and voltage does the wall charger deliver tot he ds? that is the question to start with

Yes, you can splice a usb cable into a charger for the DS. I've done it.
