Title: PS3 Controller Stencil?
Post by: Kitsune on October 25, 2009, 11:08:34 AM: I've been thinking about painting my PS3 controller for some time.

Can anyone suggest a way of not painting over the Sony, Start, and Select stuff on the controller?

Or TheModdder aka alman101 mentioned there is a way to make a stencil and then you can just paint over it once you're done. How would I make a good stencil?

Post by: Skullmaster on October 27, 2009, 12:28:29 AM: making a stencil that small would be very hard. Your best bet would be to maybe try some vinyl decals. They would probably have to be custom made. Best place to go to get this done would be a sign shop.

Damn not quite as easy as I hoped.

Now does anyone have any idea about like.. Rubber cement or something? Something I could carefully apply to the text so I can spray over it?
