Title: what is with this huge difference?

uploads are caped unless you pay extra for a faster one

@ kilock, most ISp cap upload speed as mentioned above, Isp gave me speeds identical to yours, and that was the best I could do, but upgrade to a buisness account and I have 19 down and 3 up now

We're "paying for the economy package, which is 12mbps" according to Comcast.
Well, they changed that economy package a while ago and it's 1mbps on their website. Regardless, they still told me we're getting 12mbps.

This is just a reminder to always check your ISP and make sure your package isn't changed without you knowing... >>

this is a bit strange my download increased and upload decreased. as far as i know my parents havent changed anything but w/e fast enough for me.

we pay like $130 for interwebz, digital cable and telephone. were hoping to upgrade to fios, because this ser4vice isnt all that great.

yeh we pay £46 for internet, basic cable tv and phone.

but the tv dont matter as we have full satellite for free

for us it wont be as expensive, because I live in an apartment and soon they are upgrading the entire building to fiber optic
