so here lately my fan has been getting REALLY loud. any ideas why?

my bad. and idk how to move it....
so what does that mean. well i mean what overheating is but what can i do about it?

Well have you messed with it internally recently? The only reason I can think is the wind tunnel might be blocked somehow and the cooling is reduced, the console is overheating, or the temperature control trace is broken.


And you can't move this anyway.

If its out of waranty or opened, preform the xclamp and use a very high quality thermal paste, clean the heat sincs thouroughly, and reassemble it, maybe get a whisper fan. if it is still unopened and under waranty, play on, when it burns up microsoft will replace it.

ok, thnx. i have put a whisper fan in it all ready. and a new rol. so yea its not under warranty.
