I recently coded a xbox 360 LED flasher. and theres no reason why it cant be used with anything else.. including PSP's ill make an offical psp installation tutorial when i get the time.

It was original coded for xbox 360 controllers, but just follow the diagrams and wire vdd/vss and your leds to the pins.. for pin2 it would be a good idea to wire the psp 'note' button to toggle the diffrent modes.
