good god like 50% of the people in my school the world will really and by 2012.

how can you say these things. you are basically telling the myans thier religion is a sham, I am not religious, so I am just living my life, but the myans have predicted world wide events that have all come true, they made these predictions hundreds of years ago. this is the last one, and it has been blown out of proportion, because it never states the world is going to end, the calander just ends in dec 2012.

but it did make for a decent movie

The mayans never believe the world is going to end in 2012,never once was it mentioned,2012 is the end of their calendar,which simply starts over again,it's like our calendar is 365 days long,theirs is 13,000 years long.

i have been there 2 years ago, they believe in the end of the world but dont know when it will end.
they said they will get a sign from the gods when it will.


oh, and, the calendar end because the guy got bored i think

lol i have basically been calling the Mayan calendar a clock.  it goes from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM and then it restarts (or 0:00 to 23:59 if you prefer XD)
