hello I wanted to know if anyone can help me I'd like to make a backup of ki is a 12F683 and I do not know how to thank you for your help

It probably has read protection on it if it was flashed and you bought it off ebay and just want to read the code and sell it.

and how to see if there protection can still create a copy or not?
no it is not for sale just to make a copy for insertion into a chip of a friend. just avoid that my friend spends more then $ 2 for it can have a pic virgin
