Right, so I put a order in on the 7th and it still says "Unshipped" and the support will not respond to me at all.

Has anyone had any problems with them before?

Due to the time of the year they could just be over loaded with shipping.

never had any problems with focalprice.   Don't worry, worst is that it won't make it for christmas.  You will get your stuff it just might take a little longer.

Yer I'm not to worried about getting it for christmas, its just £150 worths... :/
