Title: scars of love , a poem by Dhruv

hi guys , so its 3am and i'm not able to sleep. I'm kinda depressed and am missing someone bad. Above that , its been almost an year since i wrote my last poem/song. So i just wrote one. Here goes...

One dark afternoon ,
The spark of love had just bloomed.
Roaring emotions unleashed by the draught.
That dark afternoon,
From the shadows i flew
Turning to spring the winter of my heart.

Somehow i had thought ,
Somehow i had felt,
Maybe i've found you
It can't be anyone else.
Mistaken i was,
And so were you.
Those days of mistakes,
Were too much yet too few.

Your memory remains,
Your memory still burns.
The love flame still kindles,
In which love shall burn.

I wished it to be true
I wished it to be strong
My wishes it seems
Has no place to belong
Once more i was fooled,
One more time i succumbed to you.
Is this my naivety
Or is it, second nature to you.   
Stronger i've returned,
Stronger i shall be.
Your evil games shall no longer ,
Have any place to be.
Demented thoughts prevail,
Demented thoughts , not in vain.
Revenge will be taken,
Oh , and it shall be sweet.

You know who you are,
Your tears do not fall.
You know how its been
Restless nights with no dreams.
Consider yourself warned
Flee wherever you want.
My dear , my beloved.
I'm taking you down with me


Comments and criticism welcome. Posted from my cellphone so the formatting may not be correct. Also , plz remember thats its been a long time since i wrote my last poem. Thx :)

i like it. i think it would be a good song for like Suicide Silence if it was changed around a bit. but i think its awesome as it is.
