quite good mate. there's always potential to improve but with the software that you are using .. not bad at all !

ooh... picked up photoshop so quickly ? not bad then.. go  through some of the tutorials in the art section. it'll help u improve...

Here comes the Critique National Socialist.
ʉۢExport at PNG nor JPEG or anything else, the export just looks terrible.
ʉۢYour Gradient it too long Horizontally, it over laps. (White Bar)
ʉۢRandom Gloss on "2"
ʉۢIs that outer glow on Dissolve or Noise D:
ʉۢPlay around with the bullets maybe add a blending tone
ʉۢTone down the gradient way too strong.
