Post by: shaunandej on January 22, 2010, 08:24:42 AM: basicly anybody who has installed a internal mic or made there own external mic know that it will work with sccom or audio mechanic ect but skype will not reconigse that the mic is present i just wondered after searching for weeks has anybody come up with a soultion

Post by: shaunandej on January 26, 2010, 10:10:48 AM: gonna break it right down and figure it out there must be a simple prx that will allow skype to work with any can anyone confirm that the psp 3000s internal mic works with skype also the standard remote with mic works through the i0 port on the bottom an the mic im ordering connect through the usb it may be a simple resistor that the psp picks up on but i donot have either the standard remote or external usb mic at moment to see how there built can anyone sugest a link to a diagram of either the insides of the usb mic or offical remote with mic inside

Post by: shaunandej on February 01, 2010, 05:58:48 AM: microphone arrived today will do detailed breakdown as i have tried everything i can think of by trying to get a aftermarket mic to work with skype through the i/o port (headphone port) but this mic goes through the usb so mabey different setup

cant belive it paid premium price and get sold a fake
so gonna have to wait for working replacement as one sent works the same as all my homebrew past efforts

0k got a working mic now how do i delete this thread so i can start a new one with pics diagrams ect of the mic strip down
