So I received an email tracking number confirmation today. So I was confused and I told my girl friend about it. My cell phone has been acting up on me lately so she bought me the developer edition htc g1.
I am so happy, I can't wait to tinker with my new toy. She knows me so well, she almost got me the Hero but knew I would want the full keyboard.

My technology deficient mother (not totally true, but partially) just got a new Nexus One. My phone doesn't even ring... Also, I am a huge Google fan and even have a sick laptop messenger Google bag. I wanted to kill myself simply because of the fact that something so beautiful is not being used anywhere near it's full potential... I am considering getting one for myself as I could get one for like under $300 since we have been long time t-mobile customers.

I've already got a list of applications I want for it, and she is going to buy them for me. (My lack of money due to recent knee surgery and all) The only trick is, I must have the ringer vip application. So if the phone is on silent or the volume is on 0 if she calls me, it will still ring.

Um the developer edition looks a little different than a regular G1.

It is pretty much a nice rooted phone. It has a few nice features, glossy keyboard and a cool design on the back.
As for the apps I want I don't know yet I have no way to look at the market yet. And I don't know of any other resources to get them.
