Hey everybody,
As you may or may not know, I am selling an xbox live account with a cod mw2 10th prestige level 70... anyway, I posted it on eBay and after a few hours I got this warning, and they removed it:
Dear treemty (xxxxxxx@yahoo.com),
The following listing has been removed and all fees credited to your account:
130366141856 - Call Of Duty MW2 10Th Prestige level 70 Xbox 360
Your listing was removed because it violated the eBay virtual items, and infringement policy. Goods and services that are delivered electronically, by either email or download, can only be listed by the owner of the intellectual property or by a person authorized by the intellectual property owner to distribute it.

First of all, how could it NOT be my account if im selling it? Second, after this I reposted it clearly stating that it was my account and I had full ownership of it, and then again they took it off...

it is your live account.....but.....you dont have rights to sell it. microsoft aint haven that. lol

its the same thing JaGEx does with people selling runescape accounts.
