Can anyone tell me why my rate changes so much, sometimes its a 1MB and others its 30MB

Nope, most my mom does is e-mail or watch youtube. I am the only heavy user of downloading/uploading and I wasnt even doing that during those tests, also on my ISP's website, the maximun download rate is 20, how did I get 34?

I pay for 10MB/s DSL and only Receive AT MAXIMUM 280KB/s

I don't complain its fast enough.

I pay $30/mo. for an iphone data plan, max speed? ~120kbps.

Talk about AT&T being pricey I pay $130/month for laggy internet with average speed. I use about 1GB a Day.

We pay 50 euro a month for phone/internet/tv/radio

It's 100mb/ps Fiberglass.


treemty, maybe call your internet provider and tell them your problem?

harden up broadband is ridiculous here, we pay $50nzd a month for unlimited broadband that varies between actual speeds of 1mb/s to 10kb/s. Stupid throttling, my xbox is the only thing which receives constant decent speeds.

My buddies on xbl bridge IPs to make a VPN and steal host on Xbox live 24/7. I hate people. :D
