Ya it would work, but you might as use regular ultra bright 3mm leds. They would be alot easier to work with than those, and it would still look just as good.

most of the m should work fine in a cg pad, you are pushing the FV though. with low batteries you may see a dimming effect. rule of thumb, stay under 3v... the piranhas will not work in a matrix pad, unless you add a switch of some sort and use the battery power supply. the switched point on a matrix wont even power alot of these

as long as it is a cg controller your will be ok..if you have a matrix it will still work, just will require more work to make it work.

well is there a guide or can any of you tell me what is the best lights for a cg or matrix
because i want to do 2 controllers or more maybe but right now i am going to do a cg.

Rumble acitvated - The LED's are hooked up to the + and - points of the emblem motor points on the xbox controller. When the rumple motors turn ( fir instance when you crash in a racing game, get shot in COD) the LED turns on.
A switched power point is a point that has constant power even when th controller is off, so a switch is nessecary to turn the LED on and off.

wow this is some good information i did not know, where can i see how to put a switch or leave the rumble activated.
Also if i am going to mod and put led on controller can i just follow the tutorials of each one

hmmm well i may a rumble activated to my tut's then....
but as for a switch.... well its a switch...... just wire in line in the + or - wire like any other switch would be......
