this looks beast, I wonder if MS will put smaller fans in the back because of the fan on top of the heat sinks

I see the capacitors are smaller, there are fewer toroid coils, and there is an extra connector at the top left... hmmm.

No clue yet.

Also, this thing is a few inches smaller. There's no slot where the fans used to be.
The HDD will be internalized. There doesn't seem to be a HDD connector.
There's no front USB ports.
There's only one memory card slot, or they're stacked.

Wow, that looks interesting.  Some good potential for new hacks!  Did anyone else see that they are hiring a new motherboard designer?  I wonder why they would spend money redesigning the 360 mobo instead of just making a better one and releasing it as the next Xbox...

They are. The new motherboard designer is going to be helping with the new 360. I forget where I read this.

MS is releasing different types of 360s in the future, like smaller ones, larger ones, etc.
