I just got back from making a trade with a guy who gave me his broken dell xps m1530 laptop. The only thing wrong with it is the screen is broken. but I plan on fixing that anyways so no biggie. I plan to do a couple nice things to this laptop.
-replace the screen with a 15.4 wuxga one (1900x1200 baby!)
-Dual boot mac os x and windows 7 (I know this one can run it)
-play wii games in HD
-make it my desktop media server
I know it's not current or anything but when I can get something like this by trading my 5 year old desktop it's a steal. I only have to put about a $100 for the new screen and I'm golden. :D
