Two questions

Does this look OEM or third party?

How hard is it to swap out? and how long does it take?

Looks OEM to me. Depending on your experience, it will take 10 minutes to dissassemble, 20 minutes to  reassemble. Took me 15 min for the PSP 2000, I can't see the 3000 being that hard, only extra hardware is the microphone.

Cool thanks for the help I'll let you know what quality the part is like. Whats the hardest part about the swap? LCD connectors? Is there anything I need to know about?
