for those who want to make backups of video games for emulators, or like the psp custom firmware (playing games right off the memory stick) it is only illegal if you keep the game more than 24 hours without owning the disc, cartidge, umd whatever, I see people trying to report others for backing up games and its funny, like people dont know there rules and rights, as long as you own the game in it's hard form you can own (one copy) as a rom, backup or whatever, so dont say hey my friend has it, I'll just download it, you have to own it, oh and can someone please tell me how to make a post on the tutorial part, I hard mod psp's and ps3's
