Do yall think its possible to hook these up in my room. Let me know what yall think.

yup, just find a 12V source, like a wall plug.

it is made for a car so it has to be able to clean up very noisy car voltage that can range from 11.5-15V, so a simple wall power supply that is rated for 12V and probably 0.5A will work.

Yeah it'll work. How big is the room? Is it going to be spot lighting?
