Title: OMFG WTF THIS PSP REFUSES TO work

some of you read my earlier posts, my psp phat just refuses to turn on it isn't bricked, it isn't the power board and i soldered the fuse i well as i could what else is there someone help me. just to make sure everything was okay i bought a new power and xo[]/\ board that didn't come with a ribbon so maybe it is the ribbon then maybe it could be the fuse and i just didn't know how to solder it someone anyone please please help :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg::beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg::beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg: :beg:

okay we are getting some where now. from what and where can it possibly short from
